Ready for sauce day!

Step 1 - collect a sinkful of 3 apple varieties and rinse well! Next up, peeling and coring. (Keep some peels on for color. )

The variety of apples that you use is key to good applesauce. Today I used Jonathan, Cortland, and Northern Spy.
