Sauce day! Process jars

Sauce day! Process jars, originally uploaded by debbygerth.

Filling up the jars goes so fast that I wasn't able to stop and take a photo, so the next two are together:

Step 6 and 7 - after each jar is filled, leaving about half an inch to an inch of space unfilled ("head space"), center a NEW UNUSED lid on the jar and put a ring on it. Tighten ring. Once all jars are filled (my batch made 7 jars, which, conveniently also is the maximum number I can fit in my processor) place all jars in the boiling water bath. Make sure, when the last jar is in, that the water covers the jars by at least an inch.
Boil for about 20 minutes.
